January has been named by the United States Congress as The Cervical Health Awareness Month. World Health Organisation (WHO) is working towards elimination of Cervical Cancer by 2030. No woman should die from Cervical Cancer due to unavailability of health facilities especially in the Developing World.

Looking at Cervical health from a holistic perspective the question arises – Can Cervical health be taken care of using DIET? The answer is YES!

As per experts, most cases of Cervical Cancer begin with HPV infection (Human Papilloma Virus). Foods high in Flavonoids and Folates can help in reducing this infection and prevent the cells from becoming cancerous. Many researchers have pointed out the connection between Diet and Canrous growth of cells.
