Beat Blood Pressure Naturally 

What is Blood Pressure?

Blood pressure is the force exerted by blood against the walls of the vessels that carry it. When the heart contracts, the pressure is increased, when the heart relaxes, the pressure is decreased. The blood pressure is not only determined by the power of the heart expelling the blood but by the resistance to the blood flow in the arterioles acting under the influence of nervous system and of the hormones.

When our Circulatory system becomes impaired in anyway, the arteries may constrict and stay that way. The blood pressure rockets. This is known as Hypertension. High blood pressure is a symptom that is present in many diseases.

Cause of High Blood Pressure

When the body becomes very toxic, one of the results in a series of crises is – High blood pressure. As per Dr Shelton, this toxic state is the result of mainly restricted Elimination process. This means in basic terms that the digestive system is somehow not working properly producing nerve irritation to cause the state of high BP.

 High protein diet is one of the reasons that the digestive tract has got undigested food particles that rot inside. Our body becomes enervated (loses energy) hindering the various processes of the system.

The other reason of high levels of toxicity is Stress – Physical, Chemical, Psychological. When one eats food while under stress, the digestive system gets pressurized because it does not have the energy to deal with digestion due to a shut down while dealing with that stressful situation. In a Fight or Flight situation the Digestive system shuts down.

Best Way to Deal with High Blood pressure

  • Give rest to your Digestive System, let it relax without getting overloaded. This will give the organs a chance to clean up and heal your body. The moment your body goes into Rest and Digest mode, the blood pressure will come down by itself. Fasting is the best and fastest way to rest your system. Supervised Fasting is always advisable. Note: Please take support form an expert under such conditions.
  • Living Healthfully after the Fast is equally important so that the body does not come under sudden pressure again as soon as it gets cleaned up.
  • Dietary consumption of Table Salt (Inorganic Sodium Chloride) must be removed immediately.

If you Can’t Fast

Immediate Change in lifestyle is a must. This can be brought about by taking baby steps towards a better state of Health using Natural Hygiene as the basis of change. Few of them are:

  • Switch to Natural foods as much as possible.
  • Intermittent Fasting would help before you can take on a full fast.
  • Exercise is as important in a diseased condition as Oxygen would be in case of life.
  • Fresh Air must be inhaled with proper breathing technique
  • Pure Water must be consumed
  • Rest must be given to body and mind
  • Electronic detox is a must
  • Find ways to feel happy – an activity or spending time with loved ones

Summary

Hypertension (High Blood Pressure) is a result of impaired and compromised lifestyle. High BP is only one of the results of it. It can lead to more serious conditions related to Heart and overall imbalance in the functioning of other organs.

The good news is that it can be dealt with intelligently provided one is willing to take the necessary steps by understanding their body and mind, not compromising on health and keeping it on top priority.
