Hi! I am Shalini Natural Hygiene (Health) Coach & Yoga Instructor
I am a Natural Health Facilitator from Fit For Life Sciences Institute; completed my study in Natural Hygiene and Nutritional Sciences in September 2014. I am a certified Yoga Instructor as well as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and member of IAHC, International Association of Health Coaches.
Being an Ambassador of joy and health, I help my clients to transform their lives. I present Corporate Workshops, deliver Corporate Wellness Programs and Individual Consultation Programs wherein each person transforms their health, by taking baby steps and achieving their goals.
