Your “WHY” matters

Have you figured out your “WHY”?

Starting with my own story, when I just started exploring the world of Natural Hygiene, Raw Foods 18 years ago, I experienced the positives of it but didn’t know how I could find out more. In my heart I knew I wanted to dive deep into it. As time went by, it kept coming across in some manner or the other. Life took its turn; the physical body had its share of ups and downs in the form of disturbances that I slowly learnt to handle by leaving the body to itself and that healed! I kept going on balancing my life. Today, I can say that I know my WHY and Sunny Side Wellness is born! The journey begins to take my spirit forward and bring out the desire to spread awareness amongst fellow human beings.

So, have you figured out your WHY for whatever you want to be?

There is an endless urge inside all of us that makes us thirsty for knowledge, progress & growth. Deep down we all want to grow not just materially but also mentally and spiritually. When we are young, we are motivated to do better and better than our friends because in that age our world revolves around that. As we mature, we have a wish list of material things we want to chase and that takes time of our lives. And then, we grow further to realise that we wish to look inside of us to elevate our souls. In all these situations, there is a motivating force behind that makes us take actions to achieve goals in those times.

At whatever stage of life, there is always a WHY because of which we are where we are. If you don’t know your WHY yet, where do you start? Well! It is very simple – We start with ourselves!

For example – If you want to start eating healthy and take up exercising, you must know why you want to do that. Perhaps you want to get rid of a dis-ease, simply want to look better! Or you may be an inspiration to others. Exercising and eating better for just losing few kilos may not be the strong reason for eating healthy for the rest of your life. Human nature just does not let us eat healthy for a long period of time only to lose weight.

“Health is Wealth” is not just a simple quote. Think about it! If you are not enjoying an optimal health, will you be able to do anything at all with a smile? You will not be able to work well, eat well, exercise well – forget about contributing to the planet.
