Chocolaty Nut Balls

Ingredients                                                               

Walnuts – 1 cup

Pistachio – 1 cup

Desiccated Coconut – 1/2 cup

Dates – 2  cups

Organic Vanilla – 1 tsp

Raw Cacao Powder – 1 tablespoon

Preparation

Soak Walnuts & Pistachios for 45 minutes to 1 hour

Add all ingredients into a food processor or a high speed blender like Vitamix

If you do not have one, then chop the dates very fine with a knife and use any strong blender.

The mixture will become a smooth paste.

Roll the mixture into small balls.

Roll the balls in dry desiccated coconut. Take extra to roll these.
