Orange and Celery Morning Blend
Ingredients
2 Oranges
4 Stalks of Celery .
1/2 inch of Ginger
Preparation
Peel the oranges, cut them into 4 halves each
Remove Seeds
Wash and cut celery into chunks.
Blend all ingredients.
Serves 2
Gives you: A lot of fibre from the fruit, Vitamin C from orange and alkalinity from celery to balance the acidity of orange.
Ginger – adds the zing to it + its anti-inflammatory. Perfect morning drink!
