Evolve into your Best Version
Each one of us have a personal development goal. All efforts are aimed at reaching our best versions. We all strive to feel our best at all times – physically, mentally and sub-consciously. The new year brings us new hope, trust in our selves and the will to take action; become better and better.
This is what Evolving means.
Evolution literally means process of development of an organism from its previous forms. We humans are made up of body, mind and soul. The physical self has almost evolved fully. The soul does not change.
The only part of us that changes and transforms is our mind. Unless this changes we will not evolve. We must look forward to expand our consciousness in order to evolve.
The only way to evolve mentally expanding our consciousness is MEDITATION. This is the only way to still our minds, remove complicated and unnecessary thoughts that drain us out. Our mind jumps like a monkey 24 x 7, we are restless and have become a slave of technology to our detriment. We have forgotten to take a break from these thoughts that drain us out and when we actually do take a break, we are left as if we have withdrawal symptoms, just like an addict.
Meditation helps us to bring back the balance. This encourages us to focus on our well-being by eating naturally suitable foods thus creating the right environment for a well balanced body, mind and soul.
Meditation must be coupled with eating right. This cycle is vicious whether it goes wrong way or the right. Here, at Sunny Side Wellness, we encourage meditating in the morning so that you can face the day with much more alertness and a calm mind, not letting the worldly stress affect you. We can maximise our contribution to what we do with 100% involvement. Moreover, if you do everything consciously with 100% involvement, it is nothing less than meditating.
So, we keep evolving as we continue working on ourselves. Friends, start believing and meditating to feel the difference in your life !
If you need help with learning how to meditate, I do cover it in my sessions with us meditating together to get you started.
My favorite app is Sadhguru on Android and the next in line is Headspace . Try them and use them to your benefit with your preferred choice.
