Inflammation Fighter Smoothie
Ingredients
2 Cups Baby Spinach
1 Cup Celery chunks
1 Cup Pineapple chunks
1-2 Fresh Coconut Water
2 tbsp Chia seeds
1 tbsp Seed mix
10 Mint Leaves
Preparation
Blend leaves, seed mix and Coconut Water first.
Add Pineapple and Celery, blend and then add chia seeds. Blend for a minute.
Add few 3-4 ice cubes and blend finally to enjoy the a breakfast that can also fight inflammation. 😊
Serves  3
Gives you: Calcium from greens and seeds, protein from chia and seed mix. Celery alkalises, pineapple fights the inflammation. Of course, electrolytes from coconut water! Yum!
*Drink soon to avoid chia seeds from fluffing up too much in your smoothie.
*If you do not have coconut water readily available, you may use normal water.
