Summer Mango Delight

Ingredients                                                               

2 Cups baby Spinach

1 cup seasonal Mango chunks

1/2 Medium Avocado

1-2 Fresh Coconut Water

1 Tbsp Chia seeds

1 tsp Seed Mix 

Preparation

Blend leaves and seed mix with Water first.

Add Mango and Avocado and blend for a minute.

Add chia seeds and blend.

Add few 3-4 ice cubes and blend finally to enjoy the delicious smoothie that makes your body enjoy the benefits. 😊

Serves 2

Gives you: Calcium from greens, healthy fat from Avocado, protein from chia and electrolytes from coconut water plus the taste of Mango that you may not forget !

*Drink soon to avoid chia seeds from fluffing up too much in your smoothie.
