Ingredients
2 medium sized pieces of wild caught Salmon
1 Cup Snap Peas
1 Bunch of Medium sized Bok Choy
2 tsp Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp Aminos (substitute of Soy Sauce)
1/2 tsp Minced Ginger
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
Few leaves of chopped fresh mint
1/2 Tbsp. Minced Garlic
*Rock Salt & Black Pepper to taste
Preparation
Marinate Salmon with Aminos, Balsamic vinegar and minced ginger
Marinate Snap peas in Olive oil, mint, lemon juice, salt & pepper
Stir fry Bok Choy in Olive oil & Garlic
Pan sear the fish with sprinkled salt n pepper.
Serve with the veggies and enjoy!
