1 Cup Fresh Coconut Milk *
1/2 chopped Green Apple *
1/4 cup Blue Berries
2 Tbsp. Unsalted Seed Mix
1/2 tsp Moringa Powder
1/4 tsp Raw Organic Cacao Powder
1 Tbsp chopped soaked nuts and dried berries / raisins

Cook Amaranth Seeds for 15 minutes in water
*Coconut milk – Soak fresh coconut in normal to warm water for 2 minutes.
Blend and strain.
Mix everything and keep it refrigerated for few minutes.
