Living Food Vs Dead Food. Really ??

We are made up of trillions of cells. The way these cells function is beyond our imagination because they work in such perfection to keep our bodies in optimal running conditions.  Billions of cells die every moment and are replaced by new ones. The replacement cells are made up of? You guessed it right. THE FOOD YOU EAT.

The food we eat must be living not dead for the optimum functioning of the cells and hence the body. Living foods are those which have their enzymes intact such as fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds and sprouts.

The enzymes that enable us to live optimally are available in foods which are natural and uncooked or cooked maximum upto a temperature of 118 degrees Fahrenheit. Eating living foods results in longevity and disease-free living.

Dead foods are those that have been denatured by cooking. They do not have any enzyme content in them. When we consume these, our body utilises the enzyme quota we have in our body. This quota gets depleted overtime and over a period of time, illnesses start taking toll on us. Enzymes do not get replenished in our body – what we have at birth is what we have. It only reduces thereafter.

In the way we have been conditioned since childhood, it may not be possible for someone to change to maximum living food in a day. The important thing is to set your intention strong as a pillar such that you begin those small changes from 10% going all the way up to at least 50% of living food in your daily diet.

Human nature may resist this change but master your mind and get on the path of radiant health. If you are someone who is already awakened perhaps at 40%, try and go up to 70%. Benefits will be seen, nothing to be told. It is an experience only you can feel.
