Where is this even coming from? Perfectly natural question! This is one of my favorite topics to talk about. The reason for that is

“OUR BODIES ARE SELF HEALING WHEN LEFT ALONE IN SUITABLE ENVIRONMENT”

Human body is the most intelligent machine that has been created by the creator. We are born having   a super advanced structure that is naturally smart and builds and heals itself from the food we provide. So, does this mean, we become what we eat? That is absolutely correct. We have grown to this stage by eating food that we put in our body. The body turns it into new cells and the blood. What it doesn’t require, is thrown out of the system. Have you not ever wondered that we are the most sophisticated creature on Earth.

Unfortunately, even though technology is at our beck and call these days, we still haven’t been able to use it for our own benefit that improves us as a living organism, we have rather used technology to our detriment. This is sad. If we leave ourselves to nature and sue technology to our benefit in the direction that takes us closer to how we should be, then we will be successful.

Lack of Sunshine or rather staying indoors has given us deficiency of Vitamin D because we do not see the symptoms early enough to know that this deficiency plays havoc with our bodies by not being able to metabolize Calcium properly. Simple, but it is the starting of troubles.

Lack of pure water and clean air has given us all sorts of problems. We drink water from plastic bottles, many of us breathe polluted air because we have modernized our lives. What has this done to us. Our lungs do not know how to take a proper belly breath, our bodies have been chemicalized by fluoride and plastic remains that melt into the water which is stored in them.

Lack of exercise is the result of modern life style we call proudly. We are always buzzing and hushing from point A to point B. Even our kids are hooked onto technology so much that they prefer being a couch potato rather than an avid active person. Exercising is what we need to oxygenate our cells in order to live efficiently. This is a wake-up call!

Lack of nutrient dense diet has given us so many dis-eases that we are now dependent upon the medical industry to resolve our problems only to realize that this vicious cycle never ends.
