Pineapple Smoothie

Ingredients                                                               

1 cup Pineapple chunks

Handful of baby spinach

2 tbsp mix of pumpkin and sunflower seeds

1 tbsp Chia seeds (optional)

Preparation

Blend all above ingredients in a high speed blender and enjoy it cool!

Gives you: Pineapple is anti-inflammatory
Spinach has iron calcium folic acid and many more
Chia seeds are good source of omega 3 fatty acids, fibre, iron , calcium and anti-oxidants
