Ingredients
2 Cups Broccoli florets
1/2 cup Shredded Cabbage
1/2 Cup Bell Pepper Chunks
2 tsp Organic Goat Cheese
2 Tbsp Pomegranate extract
1 tsp Seed Mix
Rock Salt & Pepper to taste
Preparation
Steam all vegetables for 7-8 minutes
Let it cool.
Add pomegranate extract, mix well.
Add Goat cheese to mix and finally add the seed mix.
Gives you: All the goodness from these cruciferous vegetables and vitamin C and carotenoids from Bell peppers.
*If you are a vegan, you may replace the goat cheese with coconut cream or cashew butter.
*If you do not find pomegranate extract, then simply make your own olive oil and lime dressing. Alternatively, good quality balsamic vinegar will also be great!
